At Wildflower Family Ministry, we pour our hearts into every guide, journal, and course we create — and we want you to feel confident in every purchase you make here.
Digital Downloads
Because our products are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final once a file has been downloaded or accessed. However, we understand that life happens, and we want to serve you well.
If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your original purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at wildflowerfamilyministry@gmail.com with your order number and we will take care of you.
We are unable to offer refunds if:
- The digital file has already been downloaded or accessed
- More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
- The request is due to a change of mind after download
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, please reach out to us right away. We will do everything we can to make it right — whether that means resending your files, troubleshooting access, or finding another solution.
